Misdiagnosed gallstones for 5 months giving me medication for acid reflux in 2014, i kept going back in pain saying the medication wasn't working, it took me to be screaming in excruciating pain before they sent me to Aberdeen hospital.
Had a urine infection and was not actually registered with this docs yet (was waiting for paper work) and got an emergency appointment in 1hr. Staff at reception are friendly regards of what anyone else says

2 days ago I not able to Books an appointment for my baby. At the reception she is Rude and not helpful. I cant take down my boy temperature still on 39.8 and not well, reception lady says this is not high temperature for 2,5 years old. I tired anything from bath to could clothes. Tired 3 medicines from stores. Tired contact several times but still she no give appointment for GP or emergency dr. Last year when got problem with my premature baby, contact several times and got an appointment finally hardly. When we attending on appointment they cant find us in the system! They apologies us and offer another appointment after 1 week! We went down in Aberdeen to see dr! She give me fault appointment several times and really Rude with me when I have problem and try to get some help! This is unacceptable! I look forward to handle formal complaint over head!
