Very friendly staff. Always ready to assist you. Wide range of goods for the diy expert and those just willing to give it a go.
Helpful staff. Everything is there under one roof. Still cannot fathom a lack of delivery options. Amazon is quicker and cheaper.
Good parking. Easy to get to. Builders yard section and good garden and outdoor section. Stocks huge variety. Staff have always seemed willing to help.
Well stocked with a reasonable cross section of goods and tools. It is fully disabled friendly physically but it can be difficult to find a staff member to help at times. Having said that, once you manage to collar someone, they do their best to help and always seem knowledgeable, or if it is out of their area of expertise, they are happy to get another to help. My only adverse comment is the number of times someone without a blue badge uses a disabled space. But perhaps they have a hidden mental incapacity and just forgot to show the badge or perhaps apply for one.
