I loved the food but the waiter I got was rude and later that day they told me to frick off. Cried in the shower please fix this.
The atmosphere of the place didn't feel very cosy. It took a while to be served at the bar but not because it was busy. When we eventually had our order taken we waited a while for our food but we were in no rush. The food when it did arrive was well presented and tasted good. For this we will most likely visit again for a bite to eat.
Great food at a great price. 2 mains for 10. Had great fat burgers with chips,onion rings and slaw. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely be going again.
Oh wow. I can't even tell you how amazing this place is. Portions were huge, beautifully cooked food and speedy service. Plus, the slices of cake are like door stops!! You definitely need a doggy bag here. This is our date night restaurant now and comes highly recommended.
Comfortable, clean, liked the old photos. The food was good and importantly, still hot. Access is good and there is a fine play area for kids. All good. My one criticism and the reason for dropping a star, each time we have been we were unable to detect a local accent. The staff seem to have been selected from a pool of southern incomers, and we really don't appreciate that kind of institutional racism, it is indicative of an attitude that the local people are incapable of effective communication.
