Awesome place. Amazing food, good coffee and amazing desserts!
Seated at a dirty table, requested a move. Food not to the usual standard as previously had. Fish was sloppy and small though menu said large ale battered haddock!! Not impressed.
Excellent carvery with generous portions. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Went for a meal on 05/09/18 @ 6:15pm.Four adults and two children. Waited an hour and a quarter for our food. Carvery was not hot, beef and ale pie was more gravy than beef, other main courses not great. We were not given a table suitable, there were tables not cleared, it seemed they would not or could not be bothered. Although staff were asked to feed children first they had to wait over the hour. They appeared to be very short staffed and even got the order wrong. Staff had to be reminded of the offer on the Chicken Masala. Will not return and not willing to recommend.
