Went to go for a swim and sauna on a Friday morning and the pool had about 30 pensioners doing water arobics sauna was barely hot at 66c degrees and the whole place could do with a remodel only redeeming thing was the steam room
Receptionist that was on duty was very efficient. Dinner and breakfast was lovely. Room was big and warm. Will certainly stay here again well worth the money.

We do baby swimming lessons here so am just commenting regarding that. Changing room is clean but has very limited changing for babies - it took me a few weeks to not ending up with a screaming baby due to limited space. There is one changing fold down in the women's which is normally plenty, but not for lessons. Reception is friendly, pool is nice and warm, lingers available with hot tub, sauna and steam room.
We came here as part of a coach tour for a 2 night stay and we've had a enjoyable stay. The hotel is modest and unpretentious. The rooms are comfortable and homely. The food was buffet style because we were a coach party. I had the turkey in pepper sauce and it was quite peppery which I liked. The breakfast was also buffet style and had everything you could want. The bar was ok, prices typical of most pubs and establishments. I was really impressed with the staff too. Polite and helpful. Would definitely come back.
