I hate dentist and I haven't been for yrs... I did tell them this when I had to make an emergency appointment.The first visit was ok.... but it seems to gone down hill from there after having to wait over 30 mins for my last appointment and then having to leave before being seen as I needed to go to work ! This has also been the case for other appointments... I can understand there may be emergency appointments before hand, but to wait 30 mins plus being there 10 mins prior my appointment( and then another patient going in before me saying to them they have finished early)and not being told they are behind is a bit of a joke ! I have paid so much money up front for the work I need doing but I'm know looking to find another practice.The staff on reception really need to let u know if the dentist are behind... which they did on one occasion when I came to ask how long was the wait as there were at least 4 others waiting for there appointments for the same dentist...
My dental experience has always been a very pleasant one in queen street. All staff are always friendly and inviting. I am now a staff member within the practice and can definitely confirm the professionalism and friendly manner from the staff.
Highly recommend queen street dental centre.They have the most friendliest staff who always welcome you with a smile! My dentist is clint and I couldn't be happier he always informs me about any treatment plan and makes sure I am ok with everything and even the procedures are painless, I travel from Fraserburgh because for me at least queen street dental centre is the best.
