The staff are always helpful and always seem happy
Badly in refurbishment or better still a new store. I have to go elsewhere to get everything I need due to lack of space and and very inadequate store for size Peterhead and more completion of Aldi opening in Peterhead and other much better supermarkets in Peterhead Asda stores in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire that are in towns no where near Peterhead size and commuter towns roundabout Peterhead area like Fraserburgh and others like bridge of dee Asda aberdeen for glasses would rather go to other Asda stores as there miles better than Peterhead
I came in today to buy alcohol and had my 17 year brother with me who was challenged for I'D, I explained member of staff that he don't have one with him and he is underage to buy alcohol anyway and that was a reason why I had to go to different story to do my shpoing. That is nonsense and waste of my time. If I would have asked my brother to stay in the car I would have completed my shoping with no issues. I find really awkward when you come in who is someone under age of 18 and you need to pretend you don't know him to buy a can of beer. Really poor. Memeber of staff couldn't deal with situation on her own so I had to wait 10 min for senior member of staff to speak with me. In the future I will be doing my shopping in different store because of incompetent staff and stupid company policy 's which makes no sense and honest shopper geting refused.
Good parking. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Good selection. Plenty staff to open tills
Handy for school run but seriously lacks selection. Getting worse instead of better.
